Cádiz CF inaugurates its first academy for American players

17 young talents will undergo training in the Cádiz youth system for several months

Cádiz CF celebrates the official opening of its first academy exclusively dedicated to American players. With a strong commitment to the global development of football talent, the club welcomes 17 young promises who will join the Cádiz youth system for several months of intensive training.

The strategic collaboration with International Soccer Academy, a renowned company specializing in the training of young talents, aims to strengthen the sporting ties between Cádiz and the United States, solidifying the club as a reference in talent development on a global level.

José Luis Donoso, Director of the International Area of Cádiz Club de Fútbol, was present to welcome the young players, who arrived accompanied by their families. “We are proud to embark on a new project with International Soccer Academy for the growth of American players,” reflected Donoso. He also emphasized that “this initiative places Cádiz CF on the platform of excellence for international growth in future long-term projects.”

Diane Brandis Scavuzzo, co-founder of International Football Academy, expressed the excitement behind this initiative: “Our players are more than proud to wear the Cádiz emblem, and we are confident that the training they will undergo during these months will take them to the next level.” “Our players are already training in the magnificent facilities of Cádiz Club de Fútbol, marking the first step of this incredible partnership. Thanks to the club for their involvement and for sharing values such as discipline and dedication with our American players,” Diane reflected.

The agreement between both parties will remain in effect until 2027, marking a long-term commitment to the growth and success of the academy. In fact, this academy will not only offer high-level sports training but also provide a comprehensive experience that includes educational, cultural, and social aspects. In this regard, Sage College in Jerez de la Frontera will be responsible for the players’ well-being on a day-to-day basis as well as their educational formation.

With this initiative, Cádiz CF reaffirms its commitment to the comprehensive training of young individuals, preparing them for success both on and off the field, while continuing to take steps forward in its internationalization plan.
