What Makes Us Different
Elite youth soccer players in North America need an authentic chance to be scouted by top European football clubs and earn a contract. There are too many trials and camps that don’t deliver a real opportunity or intensive training.
What is the Elite Youth Soccer Residential Program?
International Soccer Academy is the top rated youth soccer training and residential program in Germany and Spain. Our excellent football “boarding school” is a nine month program starting in August and ending in May with a one-month break for the winter holidays from mid-December to mid-January. The elite student/athletes are officially integrated into professional clubs FC Bayern in Munich, Hertha BSC in Berlin, and Cádiz CF and receive amazing training in a pro-environment and receive extensive exposure, even appearing on these clubs’ websites.

Professional Coaches
Our training sessions are led by UEFA PRO Licensed coaches from Germany and Spain. Coach Patrick Weiser and Coach Pablo Sánchez have both played over 250 matches of professional football in Europe. Their extensive network within the football industry offers players valuable opportunities for growth and greater exposure to professional clubs. Weiser is also the Head of Sport – Europe.
Hailing from the Bundesliga’s FC Köln, a soccer icon with a global fan base, Patrick Weiser inspires and develops the talents of International Soccer Academy’s youth soccer players. Patrick Weiser has played 27,975 professional minutes during his remarkable 25-year football career. A right-back as well as a midfielder, Patrick Weiser played 270 matches in the Bundesliga, 7 in the UEFA Cup, 16 in DFB-Pokal games and 39 in Ligue 1. Suiting up for VfL Wolfsburg, 1.FC Köln, and Stade Rennes, Patrick’s career began as a youth player at FC Köln.
Soccer runs in Patrick’s family — his son is Mitchell Weiser, a professional soccer player who has played for Bundesliga’s Hertha Berlin, Bayern Munich and is currently with Werder Bremen.
Professional Coaching at Cádiz CF
Pablo Sánchez is the Head Coach of International Soccer Academy and Cadiz CF’s Integrated Academy team in Cadiz, Spain. Born in Cádiz, Andalusia, Pablo started playing football with local Cádiz CF, making his professional debut on 20 December 2003. He amassed Segunda División totals of 215 matches and 34 goals over seven seasons and played top-flight football in Australia with Adelaide United, winning the A-League in 2016. Pablo has played a total of 16,798 minutes of professional football, with a career spanning 17 years. After hanging up his boots in 2019, Pablo earned the prestigious UEFA Pro License.

Professional Training Environment
All players will train at the Cadiz CF training grounds at Sports City. It’s a state-of-the-art facility with multiple pitches. There is also a gym at the facility for optimized recovery and preparation.
