As Co-Founder of International Soccer Academy (ISA) and Founder of Global Soccer Development, Loewen works closely with professional clubs and scouts to identify talented players and guide them through the pathway to professional football in Europe. with deep roots in the German football system and decades of experience as a player, coach, and mentor, Lowen is widely respected for his commitment to helping ambitious players transition successfully into highly competitive European environments.
Former German Professional Soccer Player
Born and raised in Germany, Eddie Loewen played professionally in the German football system, including with Bundesliga club DSC Arminia Bielefeld. He also represented the German National Beach Soccer Team, competing in two FIFA Beach Soccer World Cups and serving as team captain. His professional playing experience provides a strong foundation for his work identifying and mentoring young players pursuing opportunities in the European game.
UEFA A Licensed Coach and International Instructor
Following his playing career, Lowen transitioned into coaching and player development and earned his UEFA A Coaching License, one of the highest coaching
certifications in international football.
His coaching and leadership experience includes:
- Head Coach of the German National Beach Soccer Team
- Head Coach of the Indian National Beach Soccer Team
- Coaching instructor for FIFA and CONCACAF
- Co-author of the FIFA Beach Soccer Coaching Manual
